I had my first rhinoplasty done with autologous dermis, but now, 5 years later, it has all been absorbed.. I'm seriously thinking about having revision surgery with silicone.. ㅠ At the time, I decided right away at the first clinic I went toㅠ They didn't manage my sebum either, and they even scratched my nasal bridge with a scalpel.. I was young then, so I didn't know much, but clinics are definitely something you need to shop around for... Anyway, if you're considering autologous dermis for your first nose surgery, I don't recommend it. When I went back because my nose had gotten lower, they suggested taking more dermis and putting it into my cheekbones and nose again.. I didn't do it because I didn't want more scars ㅠ
+I also had double eyelid surgery here together with my nose, and I originally had inner double eyelids, but it just feels like they made it completely inline and only added more scarring.. After the double eyelid surgery, they changed their story and said, "Didn't you originally want an inline crease?" lol
