Last February, I decided to get revision canthoplasty and just went ahead with it right awayㅎㅎㅎ Anyone who has had lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty will know. One month after surgery, you really like your eyes, but that doesn't last, so if they close back up, you miss how your eyes looked thenㅜㅜ A close friend had it under sedation anesthesia and said it turned out well and she was satisfied, so she recommended it, and I chose that hospital. Also, the consultant said she had lower canthoplasty at this hospital too, and her eyes were literally doll-like, so I asked them to make mine like the consultant's. For reference, I've never had non-incisional canthoplasty. It has always been incisional. I didn't even consider non-incisional because I thought the before-and-after difference would be minimal. Anyway, this time, conjunctival edema lasted a bit long on one side, so I had a hard time, but the result was the most widened ever. At that time, I heard eye-related comments countless times, like my eyes looked doll-like, my eyes were pretty, why are your eyes so big, where did you get lower canthoplasty, etc. I liked that it looked noticeable and was definitely widened. But the symmetry was slightly off on both sides, and they said they would overcorrect the right side a bit more, but the right side had come up lessㅠ Also, on the overcorrected side, the lower canthoplasty sometimes felt like the suture was pulling, and my eye hurt so much. Also, if you get lower canthoplasty, when you smile with your eyes, the eyes get pulled, so it looks awkward. Instead, when expressionless, the eyes are freaking pretty. So I liked it, but within the 1-year AS period, I loosened it again. After surgery, it wasn't hard to consult with the director, and I liked that the aftercare was good. They definitely removed what had been fixed with thread. The lower canthoplasty came back up and the back closed a little too, but I got my eye-smile back and am living with it, more or less satisfied. My friend had good results, but I guess I was unluckyㅠㅠ To give a hint, it's one of the hospitals with many canthoplasty reviews on cosmetic surgery apps, and it's located at Gangnam Station. If you want doll-like eyes, it's a hospital I recommend!! They widened them as much as possible without the red tissue showing.
