The clinic facilities were clean and comfortable overall. The consultation was much more detailed and professional than expected. Rather than simply recommending a procedure, they first checked my current condition, then calmly explained why it was suitable for my case and how it would be performed. When I asked questions, they answered each one in detail instead of brushing them aside, which I liked. Most of all, I liked that they didn’t push excessive procedures. It felt like they distinguished between what was necessary and what I didn’t really need. I was told the procedure would use Endotine rather than thread fixation, but I don’t think they specifically explained the advantages of Endotine. My trust also increased when I heard that some staff members had personally received procedures from the doctor.
