Lateral spreading after breast surgery

It has been six years since my breast surgery. They turned out natural, maybe because I only had 280 cc inserted. A friend saw my breasts and followed me there, and it seems they usually place implants under the fascia. The problem is that around the third year, my breasts started spreading too much when I lay down. The boundary became more pronounced when lying down, which looked a bit strange (; When I asked during an ultrasound visit, they said it was because I naturally have a pigeon chest, but I never heard anyone mention that when I was going around for breast augmentation consultations. Before surgery, they also never told me this could happen T_T. The options were: 1. Surgery to stitch the sides together again 2. Filling the boundary with fat grafting. They recommended option 2, and since I had brought my friend too, they said they would do it cheaply, perhaps for 700,000 won. But I am scared to lie on the operating table again and do not want to pay, so I have postponed it until now. Still, I feel like I should probably do it soon. Aside from that when I lie down, I am extremely satisfied with the surgery. Many acquaintances have had surgery there, but mine looks especially natural! I am softer than the friend who followed me there, lol. Anyway, lately I have been very stressed because the sides have started spreading T_T. Does anyone here know a solution?
