They recommended revision ptosis correction with a semi-out fold, fixing the front line with upper canthoplasty because I originally had an in-line fold. For the lateral canthoplasty reversal and lower canthoplasty, they would remove the scar tissue that created a D shape, refine the shape to a sharper point, and lower the outer corners to soften my appearance. I decided to try revision surgery to fix the fold that had loosened after three years and the scar tissue on the left at the D-shaped outer corner. My priorities were getting the posterior shape right and preventing the double-eyelid line from loosening. I liked that the director explained everything according to what I wanted and recommended what was needed. The coordinator also only discussed my eye condition without trying to add anything, which made it feel like a proper consultation. For restoration, the director said lower canthoplasty was recommended for the eye shape, not necessary merely to address complications, which made me trust them. Several people around me had restored their canthoplasty and then redone it, so I worried I might regret not doing it together and decided to include it. Considering the many comments about good aftercare, this place seemed the best, so I paid the reservation deposit. People say revision surgery in Gangnam is expensive these days, but even with lateral, upper, and lower canthoplasty, the price was not as burdensome as I expected. Note: They answer every question thoroughly, so it would be good to prepare questions in advance. They spend a long time consulting without cutting the session short.
