My original nose was on the larger side, with a blunt nasal tip, a typical bulbous nose. I had surgery before, but I think it turned out too natural, so I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. Primary rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty feel like different areas of expertise, so I’ve been carefully researching while just browsing, and this is my first time writing a post. Why didn’t I know back then that bulbous noses need a more dramatic look?ㅠ I thought natural was just always better, so I simply went in and asked them to make it natural, and only the size of my nose got a bit smaller, but it still feels low; For the revision, I’m going to go dramatic with a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I absolutely don’t want a second revision, so I’m looking at places that are often mentioned for revision rhinoplasty and have lots of reviews, places that make the nose line pretty, and places with reliable aftercare + a director with trustworthy experience. After browsing this community for a few days and researching, I feel like I’ve almost memorized everything ㄷㄷ For now, the 4 famous nose clinics I looked into are Private, Respect, AB, and Louvre. Are these hospitals really places that do dramatic revision rhinoplasty well? Also, is 4 clinics a suitable number for revision rhinoplasty consultations?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
