Since this is my first rhinoplasty.. no, my first cosmetic surgery itself, that may be making it feel even more that way.

They said the swelling would peak around day 3 after surgery? But I was relieved because, unexpectedly? the swelling didn't seem to get too severe haha; They removed the packing around day 3? so breathing was fairly bearable too.

When I had the splint on, I could only see the nasal tip, but still, it seemed higher than before, and my wide nostrils felt like they had gotten smaller, so I felt okay about it~

I was concerned about my wide-looking nostrils and the bulbous nose feeling? My nasal tip looked blunt without much shape, so I wanted to create a clean, sharp, masculine haha image in a natural? version, and that's why I had the surgery. I used autologous costal cartilage and also had the septum done~ Including the hump too~
