A review after going to 5 consultation clinics Even though some places finished faster than expected, it still somehow eats up a lot of time..

1. ㅈㅇㅋㅇ Plastic Surgery (drinks provided / no deposit for reservation consultation) I was the only one who consulted with the female director Even though I went early in the morning, the wait was a bit long Out of the clinics I visited, this one was the largest! During the consultation with the manager, I was recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning, and for the rest, the doctor basically said buried sutures were possible, and that I didn't need canthoplasty or eye correction, and that I only needed a clean double eyelid surgery! They said asymmetry couldn't be helped I said I wanted a gentle eye shape, but they said I would end up with a cat-like look and that the sharpness couldn't be removed at all The consultation was good and the surgical plan was good too, but the face I had for the line they drew on my eyes was painfully ordinary Still, after seeing all of them, maybe this place was actually the first one that drew a line that was pretty decent.. No pressure to book, no pressure for extra procedures Just a recommendation for lower eyelid fat repositioning But it was a lot more expensive than double eyelid surgery.. There was a manager consultation in between, but the total wait until the doctor consultation was almost 50 minutes, and the actual time with the doctor was about 10 minutes or less It wasn't that they rushed, more like I went in with no real thoughts at all! 1-year A/S No need to remove stitches
2. ㅇㅎㅅ Plastic Surgery (deposit 5,000 won) The earlier consultation ended early, so I got there quickly, and this one really ended in a flash They said my eye-opening strength was fairly good, and when I mentioned canthoplasty because my intercanthal distance was wide, when I said I could see a lot of my lacrimal caruncle, they quickly pulled back on that idea If you put it nicely, they were receptive to my opinion, but once they said something and then changed their mind, it didn't really make them seem especially professional..? Here they didn't recommend any additional procedures or surgeries The price they quoted as an event price was the cheapest here! It was almost worrying, like, can they really do it this cheaply?? They said buried sutures were possible, but incision would actually be better here, and when I said incision felt a bit much, they said they would do natural adhesion well for me But as expected, the line they drew didn't give me a clear feeling Anyway, partly because I didn't have many questions, both the manager and the doctor finished the consultation really quickly and cleanly No need to remove stitches 1-year A/S
3. ㅇㅍ Plastic Surgery (deposit 10,000 won - included in surgery fee if you proceed) Because it overlapped with the doctor's surgery time, they warned me I'd have to wait a long time, but in fact I met them surprisingly quickly and it ended fairly fast While taking photos, the manager said I had made a good decision to get eye surgery.. Something like, they couldn't say empty words, etc., I don't really know what that was supposed to mean, but I felt oddly weird for a moment They also recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning here They said since this was my first surgery, I didn't have to do it right now, but could do it later too During the doctor consultation, this was the only place that said I needed eye correction They mentioned upper canthoplasty too, but when I didn't seem keen, they said it wasn't necessary For my eyes, incision would probably be better, but they said buried sutures were possible The only add-on besides double eyelid surgery wasn't quoted as especially expensive, and it felt like they really wanted to get me booked today if possible Still, since they said refunds are available anyway, I don't know if it was because of performance pressure or what, but it felt like they wanted to hold onto the patient the most.. But it wasn't really forced, and since the line they drew didn't feel right to me either, plus this was the only place that said I needed eye correction, for now I'm thinking this is the worst one
4. ㄴㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery (no deposit) The doctor was the youngest From the manager to the doctor, they were super friendly, talking a lot about my nails and even my belongings They were in the middle of surgery, but they changed back into clothes, explained the condition to a patient after surgery, and there were a few other patients who had had surgery come and go, as well as another person who had a reservation, so I felt it was trustworthy but at the same time the long wait was exhausting.. And they took the most black-history-worthy photo of me during the consultation Honestly, I felt like I needed to be reborn Still, because both the manager and the doctor kept saying the changes would be big, I started to feel like maybe that would really happen, so my heart leaned that way a bit They said my eyes aren't actually small, they're just hidden by sagging skin, so there was no need to make the line very high and in any case, with buried sutures, the line would have to be lower They said if I liked the line they drew, I could go with buried sutures, and if I wanted it higher, I'd need incision Because of the asymmetry, they said my right eye would come out lower than my left, so it made me wonder if incision was necessary Even now the change seems weak to my eyes Of course the size would get much bigger though.. But as for whether the eyes themselves would look pretty.. This was the only place that gave me both buried-suture and incision prices, and it seems like this would be the price at most private clinics anyway Incision really is much more expensive Buried sutures don't need stitch removal, and the same 1-year A/S applies They were the only ones who showed me the CCTV and that they only had one operating room and one recovery room each, so for now this is the place I feel best about.. If I go with the incision line, I guess I have to go in expecting a change.. but I'm not sure if that's right..

At the same time that made me trust it, it also made me feel a bit uneasy Since it was an eye that could be done with buried sutures, they recommended buried sutures, saying it definitely wouldn't come undone for 5 years and that there was a 5-year A/S This was the only place that asked if I was interested in other surgeries too, so I also consulted about my nose They said that for both my eyes and nose, there wasn't any need to correct anything with especially extreme surgery and that basic work would be enough They said I could do silicone + ear cartilage without an open procedure Later, during the manager consultation, they emphasized the doctor would really have no inflammation, very little swelling, and almost no bruising, and kept saying the skill was guaranteed the most Buried sutures require stitch removal, but they said if I didn't like it, they could release it right away and it would still be fine.. But they said they'd use local anesthesia without sedation.. That scared me a bit too They said eye correction wasn't necessary, and they didn't recommend any other surgery beyond what I mentioned For the nose, since I still hadn't settled on an exact line, unless I was fully decided, the manager suggested trying filler first They also said they're very good at filler, Since it's a clinic that relies on word of mouth, they seem to have the highest confidence in their skill, and they do seem like they'd do it safely.. They said this was the only place where buried sutures alone would be enough to get the line I want, and told me to bring a lot of eye photos and ask them to redraw it until I got the line I wanted Their long experience is reassuring, but at the same time their age is what worries me a bit
After all this running around hard, I decided to just do my nose at the same time too, so I booked new appointments at other clinics, and they told me to come only in December or January.. I probably won't go with any of the original consultation clinics.. I also booked two new places, ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ and ㄹㅂㄹ, but honestly I still don't know where I should do it If I do both eyes and nose, it'll change a lot, right?? I hope I become prettier after doing it... Isn't there a place that can tell me which face I'll look like after surgery I also kind of want to go to a place that does virtual plastic surgery for a consultation, if anyone knows one, please tell me
