Before<Before surgery 1>Before<Before surgery 2>Before<Before surgery 3>After<When post-op swelling was at its peak>After<Current state, a little over 2 weeks!? Almost 3 weeks!>When I was looking into surgery, it really felt like time was passing slowly, but once I actually had the surgery and focused on recovery care day by day, it feels like time is passing really quickly. Is everyone like that!?
I can’t believe I’m already looking at 3 weeks lol
I had a face with a pretty severe square jaw.. and my side cheekbones looked much more prominent, so I always stuck to styles that covered my face shape with side hair, but this time I felt like I couldn’t go on like that, so I went ahead and got the contouring surgery I needed lol;
I also had some asymmetry, so in photos the left side of my face and the right side came out looking noticeably different ㅠ Well, the original features don’t completely change... so perfect symmetry would be difficult, but I still wanted the two sides to look more similar rather than so completely different, so I got 3 types of facial contouring surgery~
During the first week after surgery, the only place I could really trust was the hospital where I had the surgery haha; I had pain, and opening my mouth was really difficult and uncomfortable, so whenever anything came up, I kept calling the hospital to ask lol Even when I went in for treatment, I kept asking the director and the nurses all kinds of questions lol;
Right now it’s only been 3 weeks, so compared with when I was extremely swollen, a lot has gone down, but I still have quite a bit of major swelling and minor swelling left~
When I had swelling, I found out for the first time that skin could feel this smooth lol It was like I had gotten a skin booster lol so shiny lol;;
Anyway, I’m around week 3 now.. I’ll get swelling care properly and reduce the swelling even more,
then I’ll take side-profile and 45-degree photos and upload them~!
For reference, I had cheekbone reduction + square jaw reduction + V-line osteotomy~!
