I had surgery to suction the cheeks and the upper nasolabial fold area, then graft fat into the nasolabial folds, but adhesions formed at the suction sites, making them look shadowed and more deeply sunken when I smile or talk. The area above the adhesion bulges out, making it look like deep cheek fat, and in the end my face became peanut-shaped. The director himself is kind and tends to make an effort to improve things. Still, it didn’t improve.
