I'm researching under-eye fat repositioning online, but should I rule out hospitals that recommend fat grafting? I had fat grafting 5 years ago, but the fat didn't take well, and now there are hardened areas too, so I'm planning revision surgery.. ㅠㅠ It's a sensitive area, and they say it can improve a lot through repositioning, but the hospital I'm interested in says that to further improve the dark circles, fat grafting is absolutely necessary.
