It’s been 10 years since my nose surgery. I had silicone used for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip, and had septal extension done. About 2 years after surgery, I started seeing something white little by little in my left nostril (at the time, the clinic didn’t tell me it was cartilage). Recently it started bothering me, so I went in, and they said they’re not certain, but it seems to be cartilage. But they said if there’s no discharge or pus, it’s okay. They said they can’t remove only the protruding part and that I’d need revision surgery,,.
But I really don’t want to open up my nose anymoreㅜㅜ
What should I do? Is it right to just live like this?
Does anyone know a hospital in Busan or the Gyeongnam area that does surgery for cases like this with a closed, non-incisional approach?
