1. Incision + fat grafting above the eyes 2. Incision 3. Incision + medial epicanthoplasty for epicanthal folds 4. Incision This is revision eyelid surgery because the line came undone, and the lines they all designed for me are similar. The costs and methods are all completely different, so I’m really, really torn. Right now, I’m deciding between options 1 and 4. Since two places recommended only incision, would it be better to just do incision for now?
