I had rhinoplasty with osteotomy (hump reduction), silicone on the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and next week will be week 4. The columella and nasal tip are deviated to the right, and my nose still isn’t opening up (I think it may be because of scar tissue too), so I’m breathing through my mouth. Most of all, the nose doesn’t suit my face (too high), so I’m thinking about removal. I’ve booked a consultation next week at the hospital where I had the surgery
If the hospital where I had surgery says they’ll remove it, I’m thinking of doing it there. Removing the silicone + septal cartilage and raising only the nasal tip slightly with ear cartilage should be okay, right? My original nasal tip was too low ㅠㅠ
Honestly, I want to go to a nose-removal specialty hospital and do it right now, but the cost would be that much more, so it’s too burdensome and I don’t think I can
