I had surgery for a slightly crooked nose and a bulbous nose, along with functional nose surgery, but there was no improvement at all, so I’m looking into revision surgery. I wanted something natural, but since the shape hasn’t changed from before, I’m worried it might look too obvious if it changes even a little.... If it looks too noticeable on my face, I feel like it might look even worse, and when I went around for consultations before, I was often told that a natural look would suit me, so I’m worried about how I should ask them to do it ㅠㅠ My nose still isn’t much straighter, and the tip still looks low, so the bulbous shape is almost the same too It doesn’t even seem like breathing improved much ㅠㅠ Maybe only about 20% better? Would it be better this time to ask for something a bit more glamorous, even if it looks slightly obvious?? I’m upset, and I’m also scared it’ll get ruined again, so I’m extremely stressed ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
