I went to two clinics today because I’m planning a revision surgery. One said they would use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, ear cartilage for the pinched nose, and leave the silicone implant on the nasal bridge as is.
The other place said surgery probably wouldn’t make much difference for the pinched nose, and recommended costal cartilage for the nasal tip plus replacing the silicone implant on the nasal bridge. What they had in common, though, was that both would use autologous costal cartilage, and both said general anesthesia is necessary, so that feels burdensome..
