I had alar lowering with MegaDerm, but it kept being red and seemed like there was something like inflammation (they said they weren’t exactly sure), so I had it removed today. But when I look from below, it feels like the shape of my nostrils has changed strangelyㅜ Should I get the revision somewhere else? Or should I just get aftercare/as here?… The director says to wait and see, and if it gets better, to put MegaDerm in again. Honestly, I’m reluctant.
