I’m a man, and it’s day 3. The swelling is severe. When can I start working out?? Even lightly.. The hospital said it’s contraindicated for about a month, but I’m thinking of trying lightly after getting the stitches removed. Would that not be okay?? As long as I don’t strain my eyes or face.. When did other people start?? And light walking is okay right after surgery, right??
