I had my first nose surgery with septal cartilage, but it got absorbed.. It’s a bit upturned, and as the skin got thinner, I feel like the silicone is showing through.. For lowering the upturned nose, would costal cartilage be better as the material, or ear cartilage? I touched the nose of someone who had costal cartilage, and I was shocked because it was so hard

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
