About 5 years ago, I had implant-free rhinoplasty where they only tied and repositioned cartilage at the nasal tip. At the time, the director suggested putting in just 2 mm, but I was scared of implants so I didn’t. Now I regret it and wonder if I should have put it inㅠㅜ Has anyone had low-height silicone inserted?? I’m curious about things like foreign-body sensation or inflammationㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
