About 5 years ago, I had implant-free rhinoplasty where they only tied and repositioned cartilage at the nasal tip. At the time, the director suggested putting in just 2 mm, but I was scared of implants so I didn’t. Now I regret it and wonder if I should have put it in Has anyone had low-height silicone inserted?? I’m curious about things like foreign-body sensation or inflammation
