I heard that double-line creation means making a new line below the existing line. Then do they loosen the original line first and do it? They do double-line creation a lot for sausage eyes, apparently. Is double-line creation a difficult surgery? Please recommend clinics that specialize in it too. Somewhere that can make the line as cleanly as possible with minimal scarring..
