I just want to show it off like crazy..
Before surgery, my biggest concerns were my large bulbous nose that was obvious from the front, my jawline buried by facial fat, and my chubby cheeks. I’m 166/54, so I was definitely not a chubby or overweight body type, but because of my cheeks, I looked heavier than my actual weight ㅠㅠ So even when I was going around for rhinoplasty consultations, I kept thinking, what’s the point if only my nose gets pretty? I wondered if I would need facial liposuction again a few months after getting my nose done lol
But luckily, I found a place where I could get nose surgery together with facial liposuction + thread lifting. I didn’t know, but apparently most clinics do them together lolol. Was I the only one who didn’t know? Even so, I chose this clinic because the rhinoplasty review photos here seemed to show the clearest correction of bulbous noses.. And they also had an adhesion-prevention agent and an anti-inflammatory spray. Honestly, I felt a bit burdened about putting silicone in my nose, but since it’s a clinic with lots of reviews specializing in noses, I felt like they had these things well prepared.
For my nose: bulbous nose correction + silicone + septal cartilage For my face: facial liposuction + thread lifting That’s what I had done.
I asked for definite bulbous nose correction, but for the design to look naturally glamorous. I had so many requests during the consultation that the consultation alone took almost a full hour lolol I felt sorry, but I couldn’t help being curious. The consultant even complimented me, saying I was very thorough and that properly researching surgery is a good thing.
Because I didn’t only get my nose done, there was swelling all over my face at first ㅠㅠ Like a face after sleeping after eating super spicy and salty food the night before? lolol Actually, my nose had less swelling. I could see the nose settling after about 2-3 weeks, and my jawline became clearly visible from around one month. After one month, my satisfaction went up sharply..
And getting liposuction together instead of only the nose was really the best move. Once my face became slimmer and my cheek fat decreased, my nose looked even higher and the line looked prettier~
Since reviews should be honest, I didn’t do any separate skin retouching lolol When you look at the side-view photos, don’t you understand what I mean when I say it looks higher thanks to facial liposuction? If you have a lot of cheek fat like me and are thinking about nose surgery, I really recommend doing them together like this. This is something only someone who has truly had the surgery can say lolol
I didn’t do any special care for my nose myself. After surgery, all I did was get follow-up checks at the clinic, receive treatment, and talk with the director and consultant. It’s all thanks to the director that my nose turned out like this hehe
Now I don’t have any major discomfort either. The director said that once it passes half a year, it will be completely settled, so I’m just waiting for that day.
