While looking into my first nose surgery, I also watched related YouTube videos and visited three clinics for consultations, and I really came to understand why people go around to several places and make their final decision after comparing them.. The first place I consulted had the director see me in a hurry for only about 5 to 10 minutes and just explained it in the sense of, let's make the nose longer and lift it. The second place spent about 30 minutes explaining what kind of nose I have, along with the possible side effects and the possibility of revision surgery.. This is why I guess you really do need to go to several places for consultations.
