I regret my nose surgery so much... I desperately need to find a clinic for revision surgery. Hello. I’ve been worrying so much after my nose surgery that this is the first time I’m writing a post. I used to quite like the overall atmosphere of my face. I didn’t have major complaints about my bridge, and the only part I felt a little disappointed by was that the tip of my nose looked a bit blunt. So I had no desire to change my entire nose, and I started looking for a clinic with the idea of keeping my existing image and vibe as much as possible while just refining the blunt tip a little. But at the time I was also very unstable psychologically, and because of my job I didn’t have the time to go around to many clinics for consultations. It had also been a really long time since I properly researched plastic surgery, and I didn’t really know how to look up clinic or surgery information. Then while looking at clinics in Busan, I found one with decent reviews on Yeowooya and went for a consultation. During the consultation, the chief director had very strong confidence and pride in the surgery, saying things like he was the best at noses in Busan and explaining that he had patented techniques, so since I didn’t have much information, I think I rather felt, 'If he can speak that confidently, maybe I can trust him and leave it to him.' From the consultation stage, I said this many times: 'I like the overall atmosphere of my face.' 'A nose that suits me is more important than just having a prettier nose.' 'I do not want a nose that is pretty like a celebrity's.' 'I really do not want my existing image to be damaged.' 'I do not have major complaints about the bridge, and I only want to improve the blunt tip.' Before surgery, I actually liked my nose overall, and I really only decided on surgery because I was unhappy with the one thing that the tip looked blunt. But on the day of surgery, during the process of paying and the final consultation, the director suddenly said something like, 'For a person's nose to look pretty, you need to put in silicone,' and up until then I had been thinking in a direction without silicone, so I was flustered and said, 'I came here thinking I would not have silicone inserted.' At that point, the director confidently said that silicone is not hard to remove later and that if it does not suit me, he would remove it, and after I again asked them to do it in a way that would damage my existing nose and image as little as possible, I went into surgery. But after the surgery, I found that 2 mm silicone had been inserted into the bridge. And the result was very different from the 'naturally refined tip only' look I had wanted most. There are no serious side effects that are visible. But the problem is that it created a feeling my face never had before, and I strongly feel that the overall vibe I liked has been broken. People around me know I had surgery, so they cannot easily say whether it turned out well or badly. I also compare my face to how it looked before every time I look in the mirror, and I keep thinking, 'Why did I make such a rushed decision back then?' Of course, I was the one who finally decided to have the surgery, and I do not think I am free from responsibility for that. But after spending a lot of money and agonizing over it for a long time before deciding, it is so upsetting and unfair that the result changed the impression of my face in a direction I wanted least. Above all, I am now so emotionally exhausted that I do not even want to go back to that clinic. So now I really want to carefully find a clinic for revision surgery. What I want is not a dramatic change. I want the bridge left alone as much as possible, or, if necessary, the existing shape restored as naturally as possible, and I want to carefully judge the silicone part too so that only the bluntness of the tip is refined naturally. In the end, my face before surgery can never become exactly the same again, but I want to recover as much of my original image and atmosphere as possible. This time I absolutely do not want to decide in a hurry. If there is anyone like me who has already had nose surgery once and has undergone revision surgery in the direction of returning to the original image naturally, I would sincerely beg for a clinic recommendation. Especially, please let me know if there is a clinic that: * does a lot of revision nose surgery * preserves the feel of the existing nose as much as possible * is good at natural noses rather than overly glamorous ones * is delicate with tip revision * listens carefully to the direction the patient wants At this point I plan to narrow things down and consult only at really good places instead of going around everywhere blindly. And if I am being too sensitive right now, or if there are parts I should especially be careful about when consulting for revision surgery, please also advise me. I have been regretting one hasty decision for so long that this time I really want to research it properly. Please help me find a revision surgery clinic. I would also really appreciate advice from anyone who has had a similar experience.

Straightforward and detailed in the way he looks at things. He made conservative judgments focused on safety, and I got the impression that if I had surgery here, I probably wouldn’t end up with a disaster at the very least. There are some
