3-month review of 3-way back canthoplasty at Barabon Plastic Surgery

It's been 3 months since my surgery, so I'm writing a review. I'm a man, and I originally wanted my eyes to look a little wider horizontally and my impression was a bit sharp, so after thinking it over I decided to have surgery. I went to consultations at several places, and when I got examined at Barabon Plastic Surgery, Director Oh Hyun-bae explained my eye structure in a really detailed way, which made me trust him, so I went ahead with the 3-way back canthoplasty. Right after the surgery, to be honest, I had conjunctival swelling and the back of my eyes looked red, so I worried a lot for no reason. But as the swelling went down after a month, and now at 3 months, it has definitely become more natural. As a man, I didn't want it to look over-opened, but it feels just widened to the exact degree I wanted. Rather than my eyes looking unnaturally bigger, it feels like my original eyes simply became a bit longer and clearer, so I'm very satisfied. A lot of people said things like, “Your impression seems better,” and many people didn't even realize I had surgery. In the beginning, my eyes felt tight when I smiled or yawned, and the redness around the conjunctiva lasted longer than I expected. I iced really diligently and slept with my head as elevated as possible. Around a month in, there was almost no discomfort in daily life, and now I hardly feel any foreign-body sensation at all. Personally, I think naturalness is the most important thing for men's eyes, and the best part is that my eyes were improved to look wider and clearer without an exaggerated look. If you're a man who's bothered by that cramped feeling at the outer corner of your eyes, I think getting a consultation would be worth it.
