Among the surgery reviews, I chose two clinics with fewer bad reviews and had consultations. During the consultations, the director and the manager were so kind, and in the end I had my surgery at Uni Plastic Surgery. Before the consultation I had wanted incisional in-line double eyelids + front corner opening + ptosis correction + fat removal, and the director also recommended that, so I had it done that way. After surgery I didn’t bruise at all and the swelling was almost nonexistent, so even though I had the surgery during the semester, I was able to go to school as usual. I didn’t care whether I had a scar or whether it looked obvious that I had double-eyelid surgery; I just wanted it to look pretty, and they made my left-right eye asymmetry look as similar as possible. The director and the manager were both really, really kind, so if you’re just 고민하면서 considering it, I think you can go in for a consultation comfortably. Since the surgery, my family and acquaintances have only said that my double-eyelid surgery turned out well, so I’m very satisfied, and not only in terms of appearance but also functionally, my quality of life has improved so much (opening my eyes with my forehead, discomfort when wearing contact lenses) that I’m beyond satisfied.
