Problems after non-implant nose surgery: scar tissue, nostril narrowing, crooked nose, and more

It was my very first cosmetic surgery in my life. Somehow I broke my nasal bone, and since I would need fracture surgery anyway, I decided on a nose surgery I had never even considered before, because I wanted to raise the tip of my nose. Through quick research, I chose this hospital. During the consultation, the director was so thorough in explaining everything that I decided to go ahead. But on the day of surgery, I went in without any design being done at all. When I first saw that kind of thing, I didn’t even know I needed it. Because they said my septum was crooked, I decided to raise the nasal tip with the septum, and they also performed additional ear cartilage grafting, opened the nasal valves again, and did surgery to reduce the inferior turbinate as well. Now that it’s done, my nose is bent too far to the left. Before surgery they kept telling me my nose was too far to the right, but now it’s way too crooked to the left. And they said they didn’t put anything into the bridge of my nose, but I can feel a foreign body there too. My nostrils are completely uneven when viewed from below, my columella is bent to the left, and the small area also feels like the skin was pulled and stitched toward the left. Scar tissue has formed heavily inside my right nostril. There is also a depressed columella. I’m planning to have revision surgery, but I’ve heard that some clinics hesitate because there may not be much scar tissue and septal cartilage left... I really want recommendations for a doctor who will do revision nose surgery very carefully, as if it were their own nose. I also need scar-tissue treatment, and I’ve heard there are injections using stem cells to prevent scar tissue from forming, so I’d like a doctor who can use that too. I want someone who can straighten the crooked nose properly, fix the nostrils and the depressed columella, remove the irregular bump on the nasal bridge, and also correct the nasal bone properly because it wasn’t done right, so there is a step-off.
