I'm the kind of person who usually gives 5 stars for every review or rating, so I'm leaving a review I didn't even need to write because of this absurd consultation experience! I went for a consultation in July after making a reservation, and unfortunately the consultation manager here was terrible! First, I was exactly 3 minutes late for my appointment! I told the clinic 5 minutes before my appointment that I would be a little late, and they said okay, so I thought it was fine! But because I was 3 minutes late, they told me to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes! There was only one other person waiting, so I felt like the staff was doing that on purpose! The manager came out and called me in, and then asked if, during the consultation, my friend coming in with me would mean an extra 10,000 won? They said I would have to pay extra for the consultation! I said why should I pay if I'm not even going to have the consultation, and they said okay! (They seemed obsessed with 10,000 won) The last part was the best! When I asked whether I could skip getting the parking validation stamp, they said we would have to pay the parking fee! Of course I have to pay for parking, but they were talking about the validation stamp they might want as proof that I came here, and I explained that before leaving! (They seemed obsessed with a few thousand won) They had a strange talent for making people feel bad! I'm interested in my nose and under-eye area, and they said the director here specializes in those two things, so I went there on purpose, but because of the manager's behavior I felt it would be a disaster to have surgery here, which was really disappointing!
