I went in for an under-eye consultation, and it felt like it took about 2 weeks just to get the consultation appointment. People say the wait was long, but I went at 11:00 and came out at 11:50. The consultation director was incredibly gentle and kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to book. Because the director explained everything so well, with the doctor we only looked at the design and that was it. I only met the doctor for about five minutes, but he let me check the design using cotton swabs, and I was thinking about fat grafting.
