I had the surgery in March, and it came out naturally just as I wanted. It is not 100% satisfying, but I am satisfied with most of it and I like that it looks natural. The recovery was fast, too. There was not much scarring, and the ear incision is almost invisible. I thought I was only moderately swollen, but when the nurse said I was very swollen, it made me realize that maybe everyone else does not swell much. In the nose surgery vlogs, everyone was extremely swollen, but it seems the director here is really good at surgery. And they really delivered more than 90% of what I wanted. I wanted a straight line, and aside from it being slightly more curved than a straight line, everything else matched my needs... (and that also looks natural, so it is fine) I now regret not telling them about the shape and height of the nostrils and other things that I had not thought about.
