I was originally supposed to be treated by Dr. Lee Jae-jun, but suddenly they introduced me to Dr. Jeong Jae-hoon, so I was wondering what was going on. But he ended up explaining things much more thoroughly than I expected, and even though I asked a lot of questions, he answered every one and explained them all. He also told me how the procedure would go, and he was kind. I only talked about the doctor, but the hospital facilities seem to have been set up in a fairly private way. They were clean too, and the consultation staff was kind. The only surprising part was that they spoke like robots, as if reciting a script.
