I had my nose surgery here and it honestly ruined my nose completely,, Before the surgery, I told them with photos that I hated the witch-like tip of the nose but they bent the nose and the tip, and over-projected the tip too much, so it became a witch nose and the nostrils were pulled down. After about a month, something came out inside my nose and looked like scar tissue, so I got only keloid injections 3 times. While going around for revision surgery consultations, I found out it wasn’t scar tissue but that the nostril lowering had been done wrong. They also just raised the nose with silicone and donated rib cartilage, damaging the septum, so I couldn’t breathe through one nostril for 5 years. I ended up getting revision surgery after 5 years of stress from my nose haha
