The director’s style isn’t the super-friendly, totally accommodating type. That said, he definitely isn’t cold or careless either. He just says only what needs to be said, cleanly and clearly, and explains things by shaping the line while saying things like, “This line is the cleanest,” or “You need a little eye correction here to fix the sleepy look.” Personally, I think it’s better to have someone calmly point out the facts like that rather than overdoing it too much. I got double-eyelid surgery + eye correction, and before the surgery, my eyes would be swollen every morning so I’d look dull, and when I opened my eyes I kept unconsciously pulling my forehead muscles because I kept lifting my brows, which made me look like I was frowning all the time, so it was hopeless Right after the surgery, the swelling was pretty bad, so I wondered if they had made the line too high, but once the big swelling went down, I felt it was the right choice to have the line made like this. Now it has settled naturally, my eyes look much clearer, and I love that I don’t feel that heavy, stuffy look when I look in the mirror anymore
