I usually heard people say my eyes looked heavy and sleepy, so after a lot of thought I decided to have eye surgery. Because my eye-opening strength was weak and I was constantly using my forehead as a habit, the deepening wrinkles were also stressful, and I decided I wanted to improve my overall impression more clearly. What I am most satisfied with after surgery is that opening my eyes is now much lighter and easier than before. Even without forcing any strength, my pupils are clearly visible, so my overall expression feels much brighter. In particular, because they also corrected the outer and lower parts, my eyes, which used to look narrow and heavy, became longer horizontally and look much softer than before. I worried a lot about asymmetry and overcorrection, but the balance on both sides is good, and it settled into a line that suits my facial features. Right after surgery I was worried about conjunctival swelling and severe scarring, but it healed cleanly without either, so I am satisfied with the recovery process too. What I like most is that it became naturally clearer without looking artificially done, as if it had always been my own eyes. Since one change made the whole face feel more organized, I notice the difference every time I look in the mirror. Makeup also goes on the line better than before, so applying makeup feels more enjoyable, and people around me keep saying my impression has improved a lot, so I feel like I really made the right decision. I almost never feel discomfort like scarring or a foreign-body sensation, so I am very satisfied in daily life.
