When I went to the dermatology clinic I usually go to for removing blemishes, they said it was flat warts. They treated it with something called a CO2 laser. I applied numbing cream for about 20 minutes, then they burned it off with the laser. It costs 22,000 won per lesion, and they removed more than 20 of them, giving me a discount on a few as a courtesy. They said I need to keep on regeneration tape for 2 weeks so the scabs don’t form.
