The front desk staff weren't rude, but I didn't think their tone and manner fit a service job. It felt more like a busy restaurant part-timer than a front desk employee. The consultation was the worst. They didn't understand the patient's needs or skin problems at all. They didn't push a package or suggest any excessive add-on procedures, but the consultation manager made me think, why are they even here? The procedure itself was very satisfying!! The doctor was a young male and kept making small talk so it wouldn't hurt, and performed the procedure carefully. The consultation with the consultation manager was so bad that I asked the doctor about various procedures while getting treated, and that was really refreshing and good! The doctor was great, so I'm willing to go back.
