I went thinking that, like other people, if I got ear cartilage + silicone, it would at most be around 3 million won, but they said my nasal skin is thin so the silicone could show through, so I’d need autologous dermis to add some thickness to the skin; one side of the nasal bone is sunken, so they’d need to fill that part with cartilage too, because otherwise the silicone could shift to one side; and the columellar support material couldn’t be taken from the septum/ear cartilage because my nose and ears are too small. So they said I’d basically have no choice but to use donated rib or autologous rib ㅠ (even though those are expensive materials;) With all that, the total came to 5 to 6 million won.. more than double what I imagined lol. After hearing the full estimate, it felt like I’d been hit on the head. I went there thinking I’d finally make up my mind and try nose surgery after putting it off for so long, but hearing the price only made me deeply depressed. My mom says it seems like a rip-off, but the doctor doesn’t seem to be wrong... I guess I’ll have to look around elsewhere too, but either way it seems like the cost will be similar ㅠ Why is my nose so hard to fix.. Is there anyone else like me..? I’m really tearing up

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
