I wanted to make my eyes feel brighter and more open from the start, so after going around to different clinics I thought I might as well finish it all at once and got double eyelid surgery, eye correction, canthoplasty on all four corners, and under-eye fat repositioning done too. Since I had all the canthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning done at once, it was unavoidable that opening my eyes felt stiff and heavy. After I went to the clinic one week later and got the stitches out, I felt a lot better. Once the stitches were gone, the pulling sensation in my eyes definitely decreased. I also wanted to do the double eyelid surgery myself
