I liked that both the consultant and the director were kind. The staff were all fine too? Especially the director did not push surgery excessively and pointed out only the necessary parts, which I liked. I had originally gone thinking about the full 3-type contouring, but the director said touching the chin would be too much? I saw that in other reviews too, and it really does not seem like they pressure you. The consultant also listened carefully to the parts I was worried about and explained slowly how they could be solved, which helped me a lot. But I was so scared that I am not sure whether I will actually have the surgery!!
