First of all, when I went for the consultation, there wasn't much of a wait and everyone was generally kind, which I liked. In particular, the consultation manager was extremely warm and friendly. Because of her, I relaxed a lot. I had a brief consultation with the manager and then continued with the doctor. Compared to other places, this doctor definitely prefers doing things thoroughly if you're going to do them. I felt the same way. They recommended three contour procedures, and the amount of bone reduction was definitely greater than at other hospitals. If I had one complaint, it would be that when I asked questions, they would only answer with the result and didn't explain the cause very well. Other than that, everything was good.
