The director carefully examined both my eyes and nose while drawing them out. Just like in the best reviews, unlike other hospitals, I was told that alar reduction was not necessary for me. He recommended doing only the nose surgery first and then, if needed, alar reduction later, since it would still be fine to do it afterward, and suggested checking whether the bulbous nose had been corrected after the first surgery. There was no pressure at all to get any other procedures besides the eyes and nose I wanted, so the consultation was comfortable. He considered various factors for the nose, such as skin thickness and facial structure, and explained things well, so it feels like he really helps find a nose that suits each person's face.
