The hospital facilities were very clean and well organized. I could meet the manager right away without waiting, talked briefly, and then got to consult with the doctor almost immediately. The doctor also explained everything kindly and clearly. The line was shaped nicely, but the front canthoplasty felt a bit too much for me, so I had been deliberating over it. The manager was kind and did not pressure me to make a reservation, just neatly organized the necessary information and explained everything carefully. It was the only hospital that explained even the CCTV availability in full detail... However, I requested a refund after putting down the deposit, and the refund took an absurdly long time. It has been more than two weeks, and the card company has not even received the cancellation request yet T_T
