This is not a factory-style hospital, but rather a place with two very easygoing directors. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in, and everyone was extremely kind. The director has a very smiling face, but is also very clear when something is not possible and says so firmly. In my case, he suggested using rib cartilage rather than just using the septum for nose surgery. Because it was donor rib cartilage, it did not feel that burdensome. In fact, I understood clearly that if I wanted the exact feeling I was after, I would need rib cartilage. I thought it was better that he was being honest like that, and the reviews here are all good, so I am keeping it on my shortlist
