I had laser hair removal for my underarms and upper lip a total of 5 times, and every time I went, the director was really kind, which was great. Before every session, they carefully asked whether I had any side effects or discomfort, and the treatment itself was done with a lot of care without missing anything, so I was satisfied overall. The wait time wasn’t extremely long, but during busy hours there were times I had to wait a bit even with a reservation. After about 5 sessions, the hair definitely decreased a lot, so I’m fairly satisfied, and it does seem like 5 sessions were enough, but there’s still a little bit left that I’m concerned about, so I’m thinking about whether to get more next month. Overall, I’m satisfied because they were kind and thorough.
