Review after facial contouring + facial liposuction for a round face

My body has always been on the slim side, but my face was unusually round and my cheeks were full, so every time I took photos my face looked big and it stressed me out My facial bones were also developed, and the right side was a little bigger than the left, so I had asymmetry too. Above all, I had a receding chin, so my chin looked especially small, which bothered me the most..I even tried chin filler 6 months ago, but it didn’t feel like it improved things as much as I wanted. In the end, I started looking into facial contouring too, but since it was such a big surgery, I was really scared I thought I’d forget all my questions if I got nervous during the consultation, so I wrote everything down in my notes app and brought it with me I consulted with Director Lee Ji-hyeok at ID, and he answered each question as I read it out one by one, and even when I asked the same thing again, he explained it carefully from the start, which I really liked. His tone was also so gentle that I thought to myself he seemed really sweet Thanks to that, I relaxed a lot during the consultation. My face had bone development overall in the cheekbones, square jaw, and chin area, and there was also a difference between the left and right sides, so we decided to correct everything together with 3 types of facial contouring. For the chin, I also had advancement done together with V-line surgery, and since I also had some facial fat, I went ahead with facial liposuction too!The surgery day was so chaotic that honestly I don’t remember much What I do remember is that the nurses kept taking care of me from right after the surgery until discharge. They even changed my ice packs in the middle of the night, and whenever I called because I was in pain, they came right away to check on me, so I felt more at ease than I expected. After discharge, I made sure to take my medication properly and went for walks for about an hour a day, and since I wanted the swelling to go down quickly, I also really worked hard on wearing the band and doing warm compresses At first my face was super puffy, but as the days passed I could see it gradually going down, so taking care of it started to feel rewarding. When I met friends around 2 to 3 weeks later, even the ones who didn’t know I had surgery just said things like, “You look a bit swollen today,” so recovery was better than I expected. What I’m happiest about now is that it’s not just my chin that changed, but that my whole face looks more balanced. Because I also had chin advancement, my chin looks more naturally defined from the side, and since the cheekbones and square jaw were also corrected, my face looks less round. Since I also had facial liposuction, my jawline is slowly becoming more visible as the swelling goes downIt feels less like I became a completely different person and more like the parts of my face I had been unhappy with were naturally refined, which makes me like it even more. There’s still more swelling left to go down, but compared to how worried I was, I’m satisfied so far! I hope my review can be even a little helpful for people like me who are thinking about facial contouring because of a receding chin, asymmetry, and a round face:)
