My protruding cheekbones have been a concern since I was young, but because my face had a lot of empty space it looked broad and flat, and no procedure seemed to fix it, so this time I went ahead and got facial contouring.I was a little scared of general anesthesia, but there was a separate anesthesiologist, and it was also a place that had never had a safety incident, so I tried to stay calm before the surgery It’s been two weeks since the operation now. I feel like the swelling is going down faster than I expected, but even on days so hot I thought I’d melt to death, I made sure to walk for 30 minutes.I did cold compresses for the first week, and starting in the second week, with this heat I used warm compresses at home with the air conditioner on ^^,,,From now on, the director said I need to keep practicing opening my mouth, so I make sure to do that before bed exactly as instructed. They said I have to do it so the bones don’t harden, so I’m definitely doing it.I also keep the compression garment on at home until bedtime!! I always take it off when I sleep. The surgery I had was 3D cheekbone reduction, square jaw, cortical osteotomy, masseter muscle reduction, and buccal fat removal. Because of the swelling I still can’t judge accurately, but I don’t feel any hollowing in my cheeks at all.I’ve been managing the swelling pretty diligently, so my face is much slimmer and the swelling has gone down a lot, but they said I’ll be even more satisfied at one month, so I’m really looking forward to that!I got it through a promotion at the plastic surgery clinic, and before surgery I joined the open chat on KakaoTalk and asked about every bit of information before deciding.I spent a lot of time and effort looking around. I have a very suspicious personality, but I think I chose the hospital wellI recommend it to anyone considering contour surgery.
