After surgery, the swelling made my appearance feel awkward and unfamiliar, but as time passed, the swelling went down and it became more natural. The swelling in the eyelids lasted a long time, so I worried it might never go away and stay that way, but at some point it became natural and went down well. With double-eyelid surgery, don’t rush it; if you give it time, you can slowly see the changes happen. I think the surgery went well.
