Bitwin Plastic Surgery nose tip review

I had nose tip surgery with autologous cartilage from Director Lee Ji-hwan at Bitwin Plastic Surgery! I thought the director’s aesthetic sense was a nose that is “natural yet pretty,” and I felt that matched what I was going for. I only wanted the tip raised, but the director said if we did only that, the dorsal hump could create a contour and look unnatural, so we smoothed the hump a little too. For the tip, it was raised using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and because my columella could not be seen, we also lowered the columella. I was also hoping for a frontal-view effect, so we did lateral osteotomies too. I hesitated because the word osteotomy sounded scary, but looking at it now, I definitely think it was the right call. It makes the nose look a little higher. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the result! From the second week onward, except for the area where the osteotomy was done, most of the swelling had gone down, so daily life was possible again. If you want a nose that is natural yet pretty, I strongly recommend Bitwin Plastic Surgery!
