I had a thread placed in the tip of my nose twice about 5 or 6 years ago. They said it was a dissolvable thread, and it was inserted from the tip of the nose toward the philtrum to lift the tip. I also had cat filler done together with it, and until day 2 it was pretty, but after that, as the swelling went down, I couldn’t really tell. The problem is that after that, blackhead-like spots started appearing on the tip of my nose, and when I open my mouth wide, the tip of my nose gets pulled, right? Then the area with the blackhead-like spot sinks inward and looks strange. It’s been driving me crazy for 5 years. Honestly, it would have been better to just get rhinoplasty. Never put thread in the tip of your nose.
