Consultation review for foreign-material removal + lower eyelid revision at ㅊㅇ / ㅍㄹㅅㅎㄷㅌ / ㅇㅂ

First of all, in 2024 I got my second Juvelook under my eyes and developed nodules (hyperplasia), so I went around looking for hospitals specializing in foreign-material removal. 1. Nonhyeon ㅊㅇ - Reservation fee: 30,000 won - Ultrasound fee: 100,000 won (an extra 10,000 won for copying the data) The director had a lukewarm personality. Not overly passionate, but not careless either, just kind of lukewarm~ He checked the location and size with ultrasound while also checking the amount of fat. For surgery, they would proceed with a conjunctival incision. He mentioned in advance that there would also be postoperative care such as scar-tissue injections. I personally have under-eye hollowness, so I naturally also considered fat grafting, but the director said it probably wasn’t necessary to do fat grafting right now. Since standards of beauty differ from person to person, he said it would be better to decide whether to proceed after 6 months from surgery. 2. Sinsa ㅍㄹㅅㅎㄷㅌ - Reservation fee: none I ended up going earlier than the appointment time, so I only consulted with the manager. He said that since the lump was so easy to feel by hand, ultrasound probably wasn’t necessary; For surgery, they would proceed with a conjunctival incision, and he strongly recommended doing it together with lower eyelid fat repositioning. Since the groove is folded in to that extent, he did recommend fat grafting, but suggested waiting to see the progress first. They prescribed ointment and eye drops, and it didn’t seem like there was any other postoperative care. No mention of special care. 3. Sinsa ㅇㅂ - Reservation fee: none - Consultation fee: 10,000 won The director came out right after finishing surgery. He was gentle and seemed like a real expert. He clearly tried to be as kind as possible, and while showing me several cases, he was full of confidence that I could trust him. Like the previous hospital, all procedures would be done with conjunctival incision, and he said fat grafting was not recommended right away. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It’s a shame that number 2 was only a consultation with the manager, but still, rather than feeling like a hospital in Gangnam, it oddly felt more like a neighborhood clinic... As for price, there wasn’t a huge difference between 1 and 2, but number 3 was almost 1.5 times as much. My top choice is hospital 3, ㅇㅂ, but since it’s expensive, I think I’ll go with hospital 1, ㅊㅇ, as my second choice. Looking at the work history, the director seems to be from ㅇㅂ though..
